Welcome to HP Community
I have gone through your Post and would like to help
I suggest you restore the Network Settings and check if that helps
1. From the printer control panel, touch Setup .
2. Touch Network Setup.
3. Touch Restore Network Settings.
4. A message appears stating that the network defaults will be restored. Touch Yes
If the issue persists we can attempt a Semi Full Reset
Since these steps are specific to your printer, I have sent the instructions to your Inbox
Please check your private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile.
