Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Ridiculous that HP does not have a solution for the touchscreen and/or Bluetooth functionality disappearing after either Windows 10 automatic updates or HP System updates.  I should have learned my lesson the first time after purchasing an HP All In One product just to have it konk out 2 years and 2 months after buying it.

I have read about 45 forum posts from different people on the exact same issues and also the HP tech's responses and suggestions to the issues and they all end up the same way.  Still no resolution.  HP and Microsoft need to work together on their issues that render hardware and software functionality useless after unwanted/forced updates.  If they break it, they should have to fix it, and consumers should not have to pay extra to keep their machines useable.  I can't be more disgusted by this type of racket.  My own experience includes weeks of troubleshooting, systems scans, file downloads and installations and scores of other suggestions all ending the same.

On the other hand, I have used an Ipad in the past that was every bit as good as a desktop computer, updates never rendered anything useless, or slowed the system down.  I am willing to change brands forever because of my own experiences with the lack of resolution from the developers of these hardware/software issues.
