How do I enable wireless? Turn it on?

Welcome to HP Support forum. HP 2009m is a monitor, it does not support wireless.

What is your computer ? Please check a label at its back (machine, not its monitor).

It does NOT have wireless. It has 1 PCI Express x1 minicard slot which is normally for a wireless card but since it is nearly 8 years old now therefore newer card may not work. Please try the following option:
