Unable to connect to wireless internet

HP Recommended
HP All-in-One - 22-c0012ds
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently powered off my desktop and when I turned it on I was no longer connected to my home wifi. When I click show available networks it shows nothing. I used hp network check and I used the troubleshoot internet connection in the settings of my desktop and all it keeps telling me is an ethernet cable seems to not be plugged into the computer but I have never even used an ethernet cable. When I go to device manager to try to find a network adapter for connecting to a wireless network there is not one installed. My computer also shows a notification that says drive has been disconnected please reconnect driver.  In this question I am attaching two pics I hope can help address my issueIMG_20200523_072028.jpgIMG_20200523_072145.jpg
