Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I would like to use the Ethernet (CAT5 plug ) instead of WiFi to connect directly to a broadcom router to increase speed and cannot find a driver or way to switch

Select your product:

 

Open Category Product Information > Topic Specifications

Select your model from the list

Open the Specifications document

Scroll down to section I/O Ports

Open section Back I/O Ports

Examine the illustration to find the Ethernet (LAN) port

 

Example

HP ENVY 700-100 Desktop PC series - Product Information

 

If the Ethernet / LAN port is available on your computer, it will look similar to the illustration.
