When I try to plug my phone into my laptop it doesn't work properly.

When I try to plug in my phone into my desktop, my laptop finds it but a second later it is disconnected and a second later it sees it again. I dont know if this makes any sense. But i keep hearing the sound when u plug something in and the desktop recognizes it.

@Leannb -- try a different cable between your computer and your phone. Those cables get "flexed" a lot, and develop intermittent loss of connectivity.
