I have tried to look at other threads for support and nothing has work so far— hoping I can have an answer more specified to my problem.
wifi and Bluetooth have disappeared.
I looked in the device manager for hidden devices and scanned for hardware changes as well as updated the drivers— nothing.
I reset my network — nothing.
I have viewed hardware and connection properties and the Bluetooth [Bluetooth device (personal area network)], the Wi-Fi [Realtek RTL8822BE 802.11ac PCIe Adapter] and the Local Area Connection* 1 [Microsoft Wi-Fi Direct virtual adapter #3] have a status of “not present” but I have not removed ANYTHING from my computer, nor turned anything off, for this to be the case.
The only new thing was there was an update pushed to my computer recently.
what happened to my computer and how do I fix it?
