HP ENVY 23-d100ee TouchSmart All-in-One Desktop PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good morning, I would like to ask if there is a list of compatible wifi cards that would work on the hp envy 23 d100 ee.
That specific model has a Pegatron IPISB-NK Lavaca3-SB motherboard and it comes with a Ralink RT5390.

Wi-fi has been working perfectly with different Windows x64 OS: 7, 8, 8.1 and 10. Recently after some system updates the Ralink device disappeared from the list of network adapters.
If there is a driver update would be great otherwise if that wi-fi adapter is too old then it means it is time to replaced it.

In the attachments you will find a picture of that Ralink RT5390

Thank you very much in advance.

Have a nice day,

Alex

Hi:

Unfortunately, what has happened to your PC's Wi-Fi adapter is a common issue on the newer builds of W10 and the only fix is to either go back to W8.1 or replace the Wi-Fi adapter.

You should be able to use this model Wi-Fi card in that model, and it even comes with Bluetooth.

Realtek RTL8723BE 802.11bgn 1×1 + BT 4 LE Combo Adapter   HP part #753077-001.

You should be able to find this model Wi-Fi card on eBay.

Search by the HP part number, not the model of the Wi-Fi card.

Unfortunately, you can't upgrade to a dual band card since there is only one Wi-Fi antenna wire.
