Hello.

My Wifi adapter (Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11ac) periodically loses my home 5G network. This problem exists from the day of purchase (3 month ago). I have all last driver updates installed. There are other devices in my home WiFi-network, including HP Pavilion 570-p003ur and iPad, but all of them have no problems with 5G WiFi. 

When it loses 5G, I connect to 2G. Connection to 2G is more stable but my son, who loves gaming, says that for some short periods of time it can lose 2G too.

Is it hardware problem or may be resolved with some settings probably on my router?
