Your machine came with  FreeDOS 2.0, not Windows 10. Its specs

   https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06188362

It has : Realtek 802.11a/b/g/n/ac (1x1) and Bluetooth® 4.2 combo

Probably you installed Windows 10 yourself. Did you also install wifi driver for your machine ?  Please download and install

(a) Wifi:    https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp95501-96000/sp95798.exe

(b) Bluetooth:    https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp98001-98500/sp98233.exe

Regards.
