So to begin I do know i have some form of Windows 10, i haven't used this laptop in over a year and when i did last i had the same issue before using it a year back it hadn't been used in a few years. With that being said i'm having a issue with Wifi, my airplane mode is off I have reset the laptop numerous times as well. Other networks will show up as well as my hotspot from my iphone but my home wifi will not. Ive checked updates, ive ran the troubleshooting software, and so much more and im left stumped. Not sure what else to do at this point

What is your machine ? Looks like it does not support 5.0 GHz networks. Please allow your router to broadcast dual bands which are 5.0GHz and 2.4GHz. Your machine now can "see" 2.4GHz SSID and allow you to connect.
Regards.
