My new HP Envy TE01 225x drops my wifi connection about every other hour.  In order to reset it, I have to run a trouble shooting diagnostic and it says that the Wifi adapter has to be reset.  I click fix and it comes back up for awhile and then drops again.  Sometimes, The diagnostic does nothing and I have to restart my computer.  I tried to uninstall and reinstall the adaptor driver, but I get an error message that says it cant find the wifi.  I went to Device Manager and clicked on network adaptors and no Wifi adapter shows up even though the wifi is up and running on the computer.   I have no idea what to do and of course, when I try to contact Support, the page just keeps spinning and never connects to the support page.  I am so frustrated with this process and really  would appreciate some help.  John

If you were to purchase a brand-new automobile, would you expect that you would have to be an automobile mechanic to repair it, or would it be sold with a warranty, requiring the automobile dealer to fix it, at their cost?

Similarly, your HP computer comes with two warranties.

Within a few days of purchasing it from a retailer, the retailer should allow you return it, and get a refund, or should exchange your "dud" for an identical model.

Within 12 months of purchase, the HP Warranty should cover all hardware issues, such as what you are experiencing.

This should not happen.  Can you try that web-page from a different computer?

Is there more than one web-browser installed on that other computer? Firefox? Google Chrome? Safari?

Does the page load correctly in one of those web-browsers?
