Pavilion 23
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Received a hp pavilion after a factory reset (wifi was working fine before reset) moved to a different location after reset and am trying to connect to my home wifi or even my mobile hotspot but it won’t connect saying it can’t connect to the network (all other devices at home connect fine).

i have reset my router

Done a network reset

run troubleshooter (the result just says issue with the wifi router)

reinstalled my network adapter

followed instructions on performing an ip reset on command prompt

and tried to manually connect the wifi device

i don’t understand too much about computers and wifi so any help would be much appreciated

thank you !

Sounds like it needs a driver. But what is it ? What is your Pavilion 23 ?  Before we can help, we need to know what EXACTLY is your machine ? Please use the following instructions to find out the model/product of your machine:

To recognize switch issues, associate different gadgets like your cell phone to the WiFi and check whether it works. On the off chance that the Internet works fine on different gadgets, the issue lies with your gadget and its WiFi connector. ... On the off chance that your switch and modem are isolated, restart both
