My WI-FI signal keeps freezing every few seconds. I have updated the drivers, and it is not the router as It happens when I connect to my mobile phone through a mobile hot-spot as well. I have tried troubleshooting but it says there is no problem... Please help.

Hi:

According to the parts list for your PC, it has the problematic Realtek 8822BE wifi adapter.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to update the wifi driver to the latest version, restart the PC and see if that resolves the problem.

If that doesn't resolve the problem, update the Intel chipset driver to the latest version, and restart the PC.
