first off you posted to desktops with laptop pC

please post to laptops, for faster and for sure more accurate answers,

HP 245 G5 (Y9Q66PC) Laptop (AMD Quad Core A6/4 GB/500 GB/DOS)

 

 

are you  installing and OS and have  problem please say what you see doing that.

where is this w7 install media ,  DVD , USB, ISO, where did you find the installer or is this HP F12 recovery.

w7 is not sold now, nor supported. by MS.

NO warranty answers by me.
