The realtek 802 wireless driver completely disappears from my PC when I shut the computer down. The first time it happened, I reset the network adapter and after a few restarts it worked. The PC model is 27-dp0042na.
To give some background, the computer has gone back twice already (I only bought it ten months ago) for a full motherboard replacement.
All the suggestions are to re install drivers after downloading them, but that requires an internet connection.
Are there any solutions I can try myself (I am not the most tech savvy person) or is the only option to raise a case again with HP (their customer service has been horrible overall and a very poor customer experience, rude agents etc.). Speaking to HP also means the PC is knocked out of action for 5ish days at least.
