HP Recommended
Product: HP ENVY Desktop TE01-2250xt CTO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Computer is only a few weeks old. Updated drivers, purchased a new router, had the modem checked and its fine not to mention there are three other devices that see the wi-fi after its been dropped on this computer. Must restart to reconnect. Tried going through HP tech support but that portal just loads endlessly. Very frustrating. Any suggestions?
