Hello! I have an All in one 34 curved computer that came with a wireless keyboard and mouse (working properly). I'm thinking it's connected via bluetooth since it doesn't have a receiver but I don't see them listed under the bluetooth section nor does the keyboard have a bluetooth button. My question is, am I able to connect the keyboard and mouse to another device....???

@Maddie0626 -- it is possible that the Bluetooth "receiver" will be visible only if you remove a small panel on the back of the All-In-One, or if you remove the entire back. Then, you might be able to remove the receiver, and connect it to a different computer.
Are you sure that it is Bluetooth, and not a WiFi connection?

Please specify the exact computer model
You have several options
You say the mouse is working, does it have a usb dongle that you plugged in?
If so, in general it's a keyboard / mouse kit with a receiver for both!
If not, the USB dongle, may be already connected is hidden, it is not bluetooth, but both should work
If it is Bluetooth, it is usually integrated into the wifi card
