I have the HP Pavilion All-in-One 27 CA1002NA and I am trying to figure out if I have a wireless charger in the stand of my device.
It was advertised as having one when I purchased it (from Currys) and I have followed the instructions to turn on the wireless charging using the OSD button on the back of the unit. There is the option to turn on the wireless charging but I am unable to get any phone to charge on the base (both phones tested work fine on other wireless chargers).
Upon closer inspection of some pictures, I realise that some similar models have a visible circle and light on the base, which looks like a charger. The stand on mine is plain. No visible lights or marks. Seems odd that I would have the option to turn the charger on if it didn't exist.
Not sure if this matters, but the HP auto-detect is picking up my pc as 27-CA1000i, but on the base of my pc it says 27-CA1002NA.
Please help!

27-CA1000i is a series and 27-CA1002NA is its REAL model/product. Its specs
https://support.hp.com/za-en/document/c08284755
which does not mention wireless charger.
Regards.
