My HP Office Jet Pro 8025 constantly shuts off my wireless access. I'm sure this was a major factor in my having to cancel my HP Instant Ink subscription because HP never sent me any ink until I ran out and had to demand it. But without going on a "rant" about HP's horrible customer service, can someone tell me why this might be happening. The only thing HP's support tells me is "it my fault"; you're too close to your router, you're too far away from your router, check to make sure other devices aren't causing interference (how the hell I am supposed to do that?) I only want to know how to fix this so every time I try to print something, I'm no longer being told that my "wireless is off". PLEASE HELP!
