I recent got my Hp pavilion all in one desktop 2 months ago and it was working perfectly fine and yesterday too but then the keyboard wouldn’t work at the sign in screen I recently changed my pin because I wanted something stronger and after that my keyboard just stopped working and I can’t login into my desktop because 1. I can’t type anything 2. Face recognition isn’t working and it’s saying I need a pin to login 3. When I click set up pin it sends me to Microsoft login account and then I can’t type because the wireless keyboard won’t work I also changed the batteries still nothing but my wireless mouse works though please I really need help.

Use touch screen to log in. If not touch then get a cheap USB keyboard
Once log in then delete the keyboard from the Bluetooth list and then click "add" to add it back in.
I have to do this every time I replace battery in my Bluetooth mouse. The darn thing has to be deleted before it can be found again.
