Solved!

all-in-one

Pavillion All in one 24

Hi

I was wondering if it is at all possible to use the wireless keyboard and mouse that came with my HP all-in-one desktop with my new Hp all-in-one?  My first one went to god and the new one only has corded keyboard and mouse.

I am guessing not as I think you would need the hardware for the link but thought I would have a stab in the dark in case anyone had any ideas....

If not I will just have to buy another set... (sigh)

Thanks,

Vicki

Hi @Vicki1970

Welcome to the HP Forums!

Thank you for posting your query in this forum, it's a great place to find answers.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you want to know whether you can use the wireless keyboard and mouse from your old computer.

I’d love to help!

Yes, you can use the wireless keyboard and mouse provided you have the receiver for the wireless keyboard and mouse.

Hope that answers your question and you have a great day!

Thanks for your reply.  I figured I would need the reciever but it is internal so I won't be able to use it again.

Cheers,

Vicki
