bluetooth is not working

HP Recommended
Pavilion g series
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The bluetooth was not working anymore, I bought and installed a new bluetooth dongle, and it seems to work correctly. But I still cannot find and connect bluetooth devices as headphones and so on.

When I investigate the bluetooth driver there is a statement: apparate not migrated.




What can be the problem and the solution?
