Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When playing music thru bluetooth thru speaker or headphones get a short skip every 10 to 30 seconds.  With speakers or HDMI no problem.  I have the latest driver and have run every troubleshooter and test I can find and nothing helps.
