i think my bluetooth is not working properly, as my speakers work great with my iphone, my printer is turned on and i went thru the installation process, seems fine. A tech with speaker manf. thinks maybe i have out dated drivers, i have downloaded new drivers, did not help.

Hi @roscoe1962,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If you suspect that your Bluetooth isn't working properly on your HP Slim Desktop PC S01-AF2000i, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue.
- Check Bluetooth Settings: First, ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your desktop PC. You can typically find this option in the settings menu or the system tray.
- Restart Bluetooth: Sometimes, simply turning off Bluetooth and then turning it back on can resolve connectivity issues. Try toggling the Bluetooth switch off and on again.
- Update Bluetooth Drivers: It's good that you've already attempted to update your drivers, but just to be thorough, make sure you've downloaded and installed the latest Bluetooth drivers specifically for your HP Slim Desktop PC model from the official HP website.
- Check for Interference: Bluetooth signals can be affected by interference from other electronic devices or physical obstacles. Try moving your desktop PC and Bluetooth devices closer together or away from potential sources of interference.
- Reset Bluetooth Devices: If possible, try resetting both your Bluetooth speakers and your desktop PC. This can sometimes resolve connectivity issues.
- Try Different Devices: If you have other Bluetooth devices available, such as a smartphone or tablet, try pairing them with your desktop PC to see if the issue persists. This can help determine whether the problem lies with the Bluetooth devices themselves or with your desktop PC.
By following these steps, you should hopefully be able to identify and resolve any issues with your Bluetooth connectivity on your HP Slim Desktop PC.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
