Hi @Thomas-unino,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP Victus Gaming laptop cannot turn on Bluetooth, there are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue.
Check if Bluetooth is enabled in Windows settings.
- Click on the Windows Start button and go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices.
- Make sure the toggle switch for Bluetooth is turned on.
Check if the Bluetooth driver is up to date.
- Go to the HP website and search for the latest Bluetooth driver for your specific laptop model.
- Download and install the driver, then restart your laptop.
Check if the Bluetooth hardware is working properly.
- Open Device Manager by right-clicking on the Windows Start button and selecting Device Manager.
- Expand the "Bluetooth" category and check if there are any yellow exclamation marks indicating a problem.
- If there is a problem, right-click on the device and select "Update driver" or "Uninstall device" and restart your laptop.
If the above steps do not work, try resetting the Bluetooth radio.
- Press the Windows key + X and select "Windows PowerShell (Admin)".
- Type the command "netsh int ip reset" and press Enter.
- Restart your laptop and check if Bluetooth is working properly.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
