(Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).
Are you saying that disc is no longer in your cd rom or do you mean the data is not available but the cd is being detected?
Also, did you check with other cd/dvd's to check if they are getting detected?
In the meantime, please try the steps mentioned on this link: Click here to troubleshoot issues, if cd is not detected.
