Your PC comes with a Ralink RT5390 wifi adapter.
Here is the link to the W10 wifi driver for that model wifi adapter...
This package contains the driver installation package for the Mediatek (Ralink) wireless LAN Controller in the supported models running a supported operating system.

There are known issues with that old model wifi card and W10, so if you have problems with it, just go out and buy an external USB wifi adapter that is compatible with W10.

You're very welcome.
Unfortunately, that I do not know.
As I wrote yesterday...there are known issues with W10, and that model wifi card.
You will need to find an alternative wireless network adapter.
I bet the Ralink wifi card isn't even showing up under the network adapters device manager category.
It is as if it doesn't even exist.

You're very welcome.
I figured as much.
You may be able to view it in the device manager by enabling the show hidden devices option. Click on the View tab at the top of the device manager window, and then enable the show hidden devices option.
If you see it and can right click on the Ralink wifi adapter, select Uninstall, check the uninstall driver box, and then restart the PC.
See if W10 finds it again.

And ... as you say, at the network adapter
Atheros AR 9271 Wireless Network Adapter. There is.
It is wonderful.
In the view here, it refers to the device status.
"This hardware device is not currently connected to your computer (code 45).
To resolve this issue, reconnect this hardware device to your computer. "
I do not know what you mean when you connect your hardware device to your computer.
Thank you so much.

You say there is an Atheros AR9271 wifi adapter listed there?
The parts list for your PC indicates that it came with a Ralink RT5390 wifi adapter.
Looking that part up I find that it is a USB wifi adapter, and I have no recollection of that being offered as an option on any HP desktop PC.
Did you purchase that at one time? If so, you can probably check the manufacturer's website to see if there are any W10 drivers for it.
It could be made by one of the following manufacturers...
D-Link High-Power Wireless 150 USB adapter
NETGEAR N150 Wireless USB Adapter
NETGEAR WNDA3200 Wireless 11N Dual-band USB Adapter
SMC Networks EZ Connect N 802.11n Wireless USB 2.0 Adapter

To resolve this issue, please reconnect your hardware device to your computer].
What do you mean by reconnecting?
