When does the one year warranty start ?

Does it start on purchase date ?

Does it start on shipment date ?

Hi:

HP starts the warranty clock ticking the minute the PC leaves the assembly plant.

That means you will probably have to get the warranty start date adjusted to begin on the day of your purchase receipt/invoice.

There is an online warranty dispute form you can fill out after you receive your PC.
