hi. 8g ram but usable 3g and 5other reserved for hard ware how can i fix it

@kim321 -- Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-Bit)

 

The 32-bit version of Windows can only use the first 3.2 GB of your 8 GB of RAM, due to some of the code within the 32-bit version.

 

Make a backup of your personal files, and, if the computer supports 64-bit architecture, install either the 64-bit version of Windows 8, or take the free upgrade to install 64-bit Windows 10.
