how to connect Envy 27 keyboard to cpu?

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I changed the batteries and now it isn't live to cpu. Instructions were on the original box instead of the back of the keyboard. Need help please. Envy 27 all in one desktop. Wireless mouse and keyboard.

To assist you with accurate information I would require more information regarding this.

  • Please let me know the complete model# of the desktop to assist you better.
  • Is this an HP wireless keyboard and mouse that you are trying to pair or connect to the desktop?

For now please try these steps:

  • Please follow the steps in this link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c00006821 to setup and troubleshoot HP wireless keyboard and mouse. Please follow only those steps that are relevant to your current issue.
  • Also, I will include some YouTube videos that will help you further.

Please perform all these steps patiently as it is critical to resolving the issue. The trick is to remain patient, Going by your technical expertise and competence I am sure you will be able to perform these steps without breaking a sweat. 🙂
