@noon12

Welcome to HP Forums,

This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips,

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out 🙂

As I understand you need help in synchronizing the keyboard with your PC,

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824

(Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).

Have you updated the bios or installed any other updates before the issue occurred?

While you respond to that, I recommend you watch this YouTube video to troubleshoot the issue: Click here to watch

(Though the header/title may be different, the steps will help resolve your concern).

For step by step instructions: Click here

Keep me posted,

If the information I've provided was helpful,

give us some reinforcement by clicking the solution and kudos buttons,

that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Good Luck.

myPC is HP ENVY Curved 34-b000 All-in-One Desktop PC series.

I search all the videos and doc. of HP support web. However, i still cannot found any useful.

the wireless keyboard don't have any sync button. That's why i don't know how to re-sync with my PC (the adapter is built-in in the PC)

Thanks!

@noon12

Thank you for responding,

It's great to have you back 😉

If you've gone through the video and the article I had sent with the instructions and yet have the same issue,

perhaps, you can reply back with the product number of your computer so that I can understand which model you are referring to and help you accordingly,

that said, the receivers is usually sent along the keyboard or mouse, if you don't have it underneath the mouse, it could be within the box or like you said on the computer, it would at the back panel and it can be reseated, if you have turned on the wireless keyboard and mouse with the batteries intact, you may have to reseat the USB Receiver.
