HP a1600n running good without go internet . It will crash or crash dump in any browser ( google , firefox , IE )

Hi Rainbow 23 ! This thing Model A1600N . S/N : [Personal Information Removed] . Pickup : 2037E .Running without internet is fine  .But it has problem when go to internet and it'll crash in any web browser ( Goole , Firefox , IE .) If not  It will with blue screen CRASH DUMP . I were reset manufacture and  installed window7 SP1 , clean disk , defragment , check disk . sfc /scannow , advanced setting , msconfig , hidden Microsoft . . Please kindly help me out . I appreciate  it .
