Hello, @KaliDevi - Hope you are well 🙂
Allow me to welcome to HP Support Forums! It is a great platform to get help from the community, get suggestions and find what has worked for others!
I see that you are having issues while printing to your Deskjet from your Chromebook. I would like to help 🙂
Is your printer already connected to the network? If not, you may be required to use a Windows or MAC PC to connect the printer to the network. Once the printer is in the network, then you can add the printer to your Chromebook and continue printing from the Chromebook.
To add the printer to the network using a Windows PC, try the steps here: http://hp.care/2sbfbdf
For MAC OS X: http://hp.care/2sbIJYm
Now, we need to setup the cloud ready printer to your Chromebook.
- Turn on your printer.
- On your PC, open the Chrome browser.
- At the top right, click More Settings.
- At the bottom, click Advanced.
- Under "Printing," click Google Cloud Print.
- Click Manage Cloud Print devices.
- If prompted, sign in with your Google Account.
- Select the printers you want to connect, and then click Add printer(s).
The printer is now associated with your Google Account and connected to Google Cloud Print. You can print to this printer from any device where you're signed into your Google Account.
Now, you can easily print from your Chromebook using the Google cloud print. Check http://hp.care/2cYVMZ9 for detailed instructions.
Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance!
Good luck 🙂
