Greetings @JM3TX

Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post.

I understand that you are unable to access wireless on your computer as your computer is not getting a valid IP.

Not to worry, I will be glad to assist you.

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps on your own?

May I know the exact product number of your computer? Click here. Please do not share the serial number of your computer.

Recommend you open device manager on your computer by doing a right-click on the Windows button.

Uninstall the wireless adapter. Delete the driver when prompted during uninstall.

Restart your computer couple times and then try to connect to your wireless network.

Once the computer is working fine, run HP Support Assistant to make sure all the drivers are updated on your computer. click here

Keep me posted.
