realtec bluetooth

If this just happened after a windows update, then try rolling back the Bluetooth driver



Bring up the windows device manager.  The images below show dates for the Realtek audio driver and an Intel Wi-Fi driver.

Note that the Realtek is older and cannot be rolled back. Possibly there is a newer release. The Intel driver is new and can be rolled back. 

Typically, if there is a driver problem, a yellow or red colored warning will show up.

If there is no rollback then I will guess that you have an HP laptop with  Realtek.

first guess Bluetooth: Released on Nov 28, 2023
