keyboard/ dongle

My keyboard recently broke, I have found a replacement that does not come with the dongle, since the keyboard is the same model number can I use it with my current dongle?

I would like to inform you that the wireless dongles are designed to work with only the keyboard/Mouse they are shipped with. However, as you have mentioned that it’s the same keyboard model you can give it a try.
