when I try to use a microphone without Bluetooth or earphone it does not work

The post does not specify what you are using when not bluetooth.

here is the manual

Indicates the jack location as location 6 on page 6.

Connects optional powered stereo speakers, headphones, earbuds, a headset, or a television audio cable. Also connects an optional headset microphone. This jack does not support optional standalone microphones.
