Hi,
No, you also need hardware and this is not upgradable for your machine. Depending on what are you trying to do, the following device may help:
http://www.harveynorman.com.au/google-chromecast-hdmi-streaming-media-player.html
(Newer version called Gen 2 is a bit more expensive).

You can use its specs:

And it does not support Miracast (not in its specs).
