How can I figure out if my laptop can perform Miracast?

Hi,

 

No, you also need hardware and this is not upgradable for your machine. Depending on what are you trying to do, the following device may help:

 

    http://www.harveynorman.com.au/google-chromecast-hdmi-streaming-media-player.html

 

(Newer version called Gen 2 is a bit more expensive).

You can use its specs:

And it does not support Miracast (not in its specs).

Thanks for this quick response! OK, with this specs there is no opportunity. Can I install an app to realize miracast capability of is the computer limited by its hardware?
