model251-a123 wireless card not recognized

Model 251-a123w
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After a reboot my wireless connection was gone

I treid HP support assistance - downloaded drivers nothing shows in device mamager

I downloaded diagnostics -after test - result is no card installed

I opened computer o see if anything was loose and cannot determine where card is? Do these go bad and be replaced?
