Product: envy 5055 all in one printer
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra
Can't get new printer to print in color. Alignment sheet and diagnostic sheet a-ok color
followed every suggestion
working on this over 2 hours now.
tried multiple print options/choices

Hello,
To resolve this problem, try following resolution:
- Click on the Apple menu (
), then on System Preferences.
- Click Printers and Scanners, then click the Plus sign (
) at the bottom of the left flap. The Add window opens.
- In the Add, click the IP tab.
- In the Address field, type in the printer's IP address (example: 192.168.1.97).
- In the Name field, type HP ENVY 5000 series [Port TCP/IP Standard].
- In the Use field, select HP ENVY 5000 series and validate.
- Click Add.
