Product: Pavilion Touch Screen all in one 27-ca1244
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Trying to power the phone charger.
When I press the button on back, the menu pops up but I am not able to get the touch screen or my mouse to click on the Power button. What's up with that?

Hi @JaneOB,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd like to help!
Since you mentioned that, trying to power the phone charger, what does it mean, could you elaborate more on the issue?
Are you not able to charge the phone or is that, or you are unable to press the power button on your pc?
Kindly share a screenshot of the issue you are facing.
