I am a student apartment with a restricted network and in order to connect to my printer I need the MAC address. I found one answer that i have to press wifi bottom and information bottom at the same time to print out the information but i tried and didn't help. I saw a note on menu like do not use USB for sep up too. Now I cannot connect the printer to any device. How can i solve that ploblem.

Are you within the University/School campus ? If yes, you can't connect your printer to the school's network(s). Please ask your IT department.
