i bought hp desktop 10 days ago and since day 1 my wifi keep disconnecting randomly. my os and software are all up to date but this problem keep happening. also some times its buged out to a point where windoes 11 also start giving problem like not even showing wifi or when i try to restart or shutdown system just goes to black screen and nothing happen.

Bad network connection can cause all of those problems. I assume you are in USA and have 5ghz band and the AC mode.
There are a lot of "gadgets" that use 2.4 and contribute to noise. Select 5ghz band and the AC mode
You may need to go to your router and find a less noisy channel
