Product: OMEN 30L Desktop - GT13-0024

My desk top stopped listing available networks to connect to.  My 2 laptops on the same desk are both connected to the correct service and running perfectly.  The desk top computer was on and running, spontaneously shut down then immediately came back on but will not allow me to choose the correct internet.  It will also not let me use search or anything connected to the internet.  The service it has automatically connected to is a previous service (Verizon).
