HP Envy desktop 750-217c wi-fi connection constantly drops out . My network wi-fi is good . this pc is the only device that has the issue . Looking to upgrade the Network Adaptor card , or is the 2016 computer out dated ?

The parts list for your PC indicates that it comes with an Inte 3165 AC Wi-Fi adapter.
Have you tried the latest driver directly from the Intel website to see if that improves things?
Windows® 10 and Windows 11* Wi-Fi Drivers for Intel® Wireless Adapters
If you have and it didn't help, or you do it now and it doesn't help, and your PC has the Intel 3165 AC Wi-Fi card, you should be able to upgrade to this model wifi card:
