Product: Elite Desk
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have 7 machines for a class environment.

2 Have faults

1 The power button will not stay depressed so I cannot start the machine.

(Prior to this it had just repeatedly flashed red)

The second the computer is displaying purple on the monitor.

(I have changed all the cables and checked 2 monitors, always still purple.

 

Any advice would be appreciated
