4x samsung 840 pro 128gb ssds in raid 0 are slow. Help!

Hello all,

 

this is my first post here although i have had my z800 for over 5 years, its a dual x5690, 32GB ram and a quadro 6000, for a while i have had 4 samsung 840 pro 128GB drives set in raid0 using the Intel Raid, and only now decided to tacle the issue i am having...

 

here is the setup

I know they are connected to Sata2 ports so only get 50% the speed, but 4 in raid 0 should be getting arroun 800-1000MB/s and I am only getting the following...

I can't for the life of me figure out what is wrong... I have spent months searching and nada...

 

Any ideas or help would be humungously appreciated!
