Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Some days ago appeared the error "513 front chassis fan not detected" on boot the PC. Really the pc never has the front fan...

I had update the bios to last version (L02 v02.49). Now the error is: "511 CPU fan not detected"...

But the CPU fan is clean and rotate normally. I had also run the complete test of HP Diagnostic Tools, but there is not error.

What is the problem? I really need to replace the CPU fan? Or it is a fake error?

Thanks

Hello

Here's what I will suggest you.

Power off the PC. Open up the PC and check the CPU fan cable. Carefully unplug it and replug it.  Leave the PC open and plug in the PC. Observe the fan while you depress the the power on button.  Does the fan spin? Are you still getting the error?
